Withdrawal Request


NDHCE®
The deadlines to withdrawal from the September 2026 NDHCE® are:

Withdrawal Deadline: August 31, 2026 @ 11:59 PM ET
Late Withdrawal Deadline: September 18, 2026 @ 11:59 PM ET

By completing this process you are requesting a withdrawal from the NDHCE®. No fees or refunds will be processed until after the request is approved. The withdrawal fee is $62 +tax (non-refundable). The late withdrawal fee is $310+ tax (non-refundable). 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing.

CPEDH
The deadlines to Withdrawal from the Fall 2026 CPEDH® are TBC:

By completing this process you are requesting a withdrawal from the CPEDH®. No fees or refunds will be processed until after the request is approved. The withdrawal fee is $310 +tax (non-refundable) plus 50% of remaining exam fees. Late withdrawals can be requested, but there is no refund of fees.

Territory Acknowledgement

The FDHRC™ office stands on the ancestral and unceded territory of the Anishinaabe Algonquin Nation. The Algonquin peoples have had a special, reciprocal relationship with this territory since time immemorial, and this relationship continues today.
